The upcoming spring break recess allows families to see their primary care providers or visit Federally Qualified Health Centers to obtain immunizations and physical exams. To help protect students and schools, all students need to be up to date with vaccines and physical exams to attend school. If your student hasn’t had a physical exam within the past 12 months and /or needs vaccine(s), please schedule an appointment with your PCP immediately.

Please give the school a copy of the physical exam and vaccine record by April 22, 2025.
